Ryan was very helpful and very patient with me-- showed me everything on the car and how to work all the features. I would highly recommend him to all of my friends and family. Nothing felt like it took too long and there were no issues with the vehicle being clean and problem free. I did not feel pressured at the dealership. Ryan reached out to us after we got the car to make sure we were satisfied.

This has been a horrible experience First the engine locked on highway. Then, the car had "bad" knock sensor on "new engine" then I towed again for third time, they say it is an oil filter, now the forth time, (since January) the knock sensor goes off trying to go up a hill on rt 45. I am now here again, with this recalled kia being lied to, telling me they can't get to it for 6 weeks, telling me to take it to Hermitage. I have called national kia, had cases elevated, tried managers, nobody has done anything but put me back into a dangerous vehicle!!!! All I wanted was the vehicle after the detective engine fixed! They are having me tow the car back, over and over and over and have yet to fix it!

I’ve had my vehicle in for the same issue 4 times in a month and half replaced a part and still my engine light is coming on for the same issue. Can’t even look at it the same day with my recurring issue! Will never buy a Kia again!!

Dan and Carter listened to me and what I wanted. They did everything to make me happy including getting out of the dealership so I would miss my grandsons track meet.
