Easy going and friendly. They understood my situation and approached the deal with honesty. I've never leased a vehicle so I had quite a number of questions. Chip took the time to clearly and concisely answer my questions, which more than I can say for another local dealer. Obviously the car sales business will always have a back and forth deal making process that can get frustrating, but this was not painful. Overall it was an excellent and easy experience. I would definitely recommend Ontario Honda, and Chip Cheney, to anybody searching for a new Honda.

He also provided me with different options to choose from, which allowed me to make the best decision. My wife and I just purchased our second vehicle from Ontario Honda, what a great experience. Chip Cheney answered all of my questions, provided us with side by side comparisons of different models as well as new vs. used. Chip made himself available at all times to answer questions and my wife and I felt very confident in the car and the price we received. For the first time after buying a new vehicle I can honestly say we have had zero buyers remorse and we could not be happier with our new Honda vehicles.

Was sold a CRV that had a bad transmission and they knew it and sold it to me without disclosing that information. I had it "fixed" 3 times the first year I had it and then when it failed completely they promised to replace the transmission at their expense. Well I have been in their loaner car since September and it is now Febuary while I get constant excuses why it hasn't been fixed yet. I honestly think they are just waiting for me to give up and buy a new car. I am shocked by the shadiness of this business and would not recommed them to anyone!!!!
