I have never in my life waited as long as I wait in the service department at this dealership. They don't communicate with you enough to let you know when they will be finished and sometimes what they fix isn't even fixed. very disappointing, I work at night and every time i come to this dealership it's guaranteed that i won't be sleeping that day and will have to go to work exhausted ! I would not recommend getting your car serviced here

Zaid was remarkable from the time my wife and I stepped into the dealership. He answered all our questions including the ones we didn't ask. From Mr.Zaid we saw your financial officer Jack. The process took no time. We Love Kia's products but it's the people like these two men that will continue to grow your business.

Kyle was very attentive in service dept. One thing Kia does need are heaters in their service Dept. the workers and myself were very cold.

I recently moved from Tucson, Az to the Cleveland,

I recently moved from Tucson, Az to the Cleveland, Ohionarea and ran into car troubles with my 2019 Kia Forte. Co workers at UH Lake West suggested Ken Ganley Kia. I was expecting the worse since the engine light was on, sporadically cutting off and idling rough. The service department, specifically Mick was very professional, through and quick to detect the problem..The cost as much less than i thought and I was giving a rundown of what I need to get worked on in the near future. So Proud of them. Definitely my spot for all my auto repairs andto recommend service.
