brought my car in for an oil change, told them to fill up

brought my car in for an oil change, told them to fill up the tires too. they said they would but i left with my air pressure lower than when i came there. they said i need new tires im assuming thats why they didn?t fill them. They also recorded my mileage incorrectly by 5000 miles. i get my oil change every 7500 miles they put a sticker on my car saying it?ll need another oil change at 35000 miles?.. im currently at 31000 they try to trick you. They also failed to give my $10 off coupon rushes me to sign the paper work i looked at it say they didn?t give me the $10 off and they said my bad lemme fix that. be careful they will try and trick you

Brought my Forte GT in for service.

Brought my Forte GT in for service. Called and left multiple messages never received a return call. Ended up having to go to the dealership to find out my car was sitting all day and could have been picked up in the morning. At the same time the contacted me about trading in told me the value was 22,000. When I said I?d be interested in trading for a new Seltos. The offered 17,200 for the trade way below KBB and their own link.

Marques Moore is an amazing car sales rep. He definitely helped my friend get a car. He did everything he could for her. She had an amazing first time buying from a car dealership. Marques made it happen. Definitely recommend seeing Marques for purchasing a new vehicle.

Marques Moore got me approved for an amazing car i didn’t think i was even close to getting. i came in only wanted to see how much i would get for my car and leaving with a 2022 kia K5. he is amazing and hope to work with him in the future. found a car with all my needs and wants in a car and made me very happy leaving today. amazing worker
