Excellent dealership to purchase or lease a vehicle from. I was greeted as soon as i stepped into the showroom. Salesman was very friendly and helpful with my whole experience there. Leasing the Kia K4 was explained in easy to understand terms. I am a repeat Kia customer at this dealership.

We purchased a pre-owned Kia Sportage EX.

We purchased a pre-owned Kia Sportage EX. 15 minutes, After pulling out of the lot it stopped running. Took three plus weeks to find out it needs a new engine in less than 24 hours of the incident. We notified the dealer that we did not want the vehicle. Our concerns our calls. Our emails have been avoided. Sadly they've been avoided by the general manager as well four plus weeks later and still no resolution

Hello Melinda. I can understand your frustration with a recently purchased vehicle having a failure, even if it was purchased as-is. The excellent news is we have replaced your engine, at zero cost, under a warranty extension with Kia Motors. Unfortunately, the process of diagnosis, receiving approval, ordering, and installation can sometimes be lengthy. We wish we had more control over much of that process. This is why we provided you with a loaner vehicle in that time. The silver lining is the as-is vehicle you purchased is now equipped with a new engine from Kia with a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on the engine. This brings an incredible increase in value to your purchase! Have bought or leased six cars between my wife and myself and plan on continuing to do so, process was made easy without pressure tactics. Auto's that were bought held up mechanically as I hoped for. Friendly staff and service department handled any concerns without delay.

Buyer beware your car is sold to you as is as most of you know this the current condition is what you see what you get however, this company does not update the vehicle to manufacturer suggestions before selling the car. Be sure to ask if your car has been updated to what manufactured suggested services are before your purchase?
