Excellent dealership to purchase or lease a vehicle from. I was greeted as soon as i stepped into the showroom. Salesman was very friendly and helpful with my whole experience there. Leasing the Kia K4 was explained in easy to understand terms. I am a repeat Kia customer at this dealership.

I took my daughter’s car in today to get a an oil

I took my daughter’s car in today to get a an oil change…no issues there. Got called to come pick it up. Got there and they cannot find the keys. Then they cannot find the car. Then they asked me if there was a handicap placard in the car…I said no. Then I get a text from my daughter saying she got a voicemail from an elderly man that he had her car. What???? They let a 90 year old man leave the dealership with a car that had a graduation tassel hanging from the rear view mirror…NOT a handicapped placard!!!! Then who I can only assume was the service manager…I assume because he never introduced himself…came up to apologize…and asked if there was anything he could do. I said not now but maybe in the future. He said what am I supposed to do…because an old man took your car?? WHAT???? At that point I wanted nothing to do with this individual. After a minute or so, he came back over with a little different attitude and offered to deliver the car to me…should I walk home??? Then I never saw him again. After 30 minutes the poor old man finally came back with my daughters car. I felt bad for him. Did he mention he was 90??? Shame on your service department for allowing this to happen. I’d love call back to make this right for me. But not from whoever that manager is.
