Everyone was very friendly.

Everyone was very friendly. The process went very smoothly. I recommend looking online at the inventory. If you have an idea of what you want it can speed things along.

I am now on my 3rd lease and the first two i loved.

I am now on my 3rd lease and the first two i loved. This one I am beyond unhappy with. First I was told I could not lease another K5 as the forte was my best bet as the K5 would not longer be made. My payment went up 100 dollars and I do not like the car after my 3 min car ride as there was only 10 miles till empty. I felt very pressured into this lease. I will now look into other car dealerships and trade my lease in early as I am not happy with this lease. I was also told I would not have to pay for my oil changes for the 3 years as along as I wrote the manager a email and did a survey. I am beyond unhappy with this lease.
