Dave Edward dealership opportunities for improvement begins with meet and greet all customers. For example I had my vehicle towed to the dealership. I had to ask for assistance after standing in line waiting for Mrs. Davis to finish with a customer. Then I told her what I needed she said I had to talk to one of the agents. I asked who could help me she said just pick one. My thoughts call one of the agents over and say this customer is in need of assistance. The agents are already busy and are so use to customers pulling in with their cars, the agents are not use to someone walking in and meeting and greeting. Great job on repairing my car in a timely manner and keeping me updated.
