I’m usually very pleased with the service I receive. My experience Wednesday getting my oil changed was not good. I waited over to hours just to get a oil change. The support person said he made a mistake and failed to put time on my work order with other details. I need additional work done to my car but I’m not sure if I’ll be returning there. I’ve had my car since 2015 and this is the dealership where I made my purchase and they are the only place I have ever had it serviced.

Our salesman was Bill Ledbetter. Bill was very patient and knowledgeable about all of their new and used cars. He made my wife and me very comfortable as we worked through car option, test drives and continued through our final choice and purchase. Bill went above and beyond during our buying experience by having the car we purchased detailed and filled with gas while we finalized the paperwork. I would highly recommend Bill for anyone wanting to work with true car professional at the Dave Edwards Toyota dealership.

Third vehicle I’ve bought from Dave Edwards. Great people to deal with. Bought two used vehicles from Bill Ledbetter and one new from Corey Jolly. Both guys were awesome to deal with.
