Sales department-wise, this dealership is great. Super friendly and answered any questions I had. Service department wise, there could definitely be an improvement. Also, when signing final paperwork, at least it seemed to me like it was extremely rushed and nothing was explained regarding payment plans and the like, but overall a good dealership.

My experience at this point is extremely positive with Mr Bill Ledbetter and Mr Thomas Hawkins. Both are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with and purchasing a vehicle.

Tony is the best ever. Truly, no joke, don't waste your time going elsewhere. I shopped Asheville, Hendersonville, Greenville, 12 + dealerships. He helps you buy a car! He's not selling you a car is the way it felt. I've been buying cars for decades for myself and my kids, and I've never been more impressed with a dealership or the salesman. Seriously. I called early that morning and although they didn’t have any appointments available they said that if I would drop my vehicle off they would work me in and they surely did. They called me and explained everything in detail. I picked up my vehicle and was greeted and helped in a professional manner. Very satisfied.
