Everyone is so rude.

Everyone is so rude. Will never go back. Tony Macena and Bill Ledbetter was the only nice ones. I am tired of trying to call about my warranty. I have been trying to call for over a month and can talk to no one. All you get is voicemails and they never call back. Don't go here to buy a car, they don't follow through and they are not good sales and finance people.

BUYERS BEWARE OF Toyota of Spartanburg!

BUYERS BEWARE OF Toyota of Spartanburg! I purchased a vehicle OUT of State. Having a hard time getting my license plate. They will not help! Told me they sent my paperwork to Lenior, NC to be processed. Send my paper work 6 weeks after purchase. Meaning my temporary tag has EXPIRED! No help from dealership! Have a new car I can’t drive!!!

I have two Toyotas.

I have two Toyotas. I only take my vehicles to Toyota dealerships. Both cars get regularly serviced at 6 months or 5,000 miles. My Camry was last serviced on 4/27/24 and they said my battery was good. Today, 7/1/24, my car would not start. Open the hood, it is completely corroded. We could not clean it off, change it or charge it I called and asked how they missed it? I was told to get it towed so they can look at it and let them know when we arrived. Since I was not going to be with the tow truck, I tried to phone and let them know. The "customer service rep" was extremely rude and refused to transfer me. She also stopped answering my calls so I had to get my husband to call. Fast forward to picking up my car. The service rep said my car's battery was to the point it was about to explode. He stated that my battery, both terminals were severely corrosive and I needed new one. I also needed a new belt. Mind you, I always get whatever they recommend. When I questioned how it was missed, I was told that a battery can go that bad in a week. Ok. I wouldn't recommend this place to wash my car, let alone, repair it! Poor customer service, crappy service and overpriced. I had to pay $665.17 for something they missed & almost caused me my life! Buyer beware.

One star is too much.

One star is too much. They offered us a coupon for an oil change for $29.95. When we took the car for an oil change and tire rotation, they gave us the estimated cost as around $45. Without notifying us and without our consent, they added several extra fees to more than double the cost of our bill. When we asked about these fees, they refused to remove them and demanded that we pay them. I am highly dissatisfied with their deceitfulness and poor customer service. I strongly recommend that no one use their services.

Price jumps every time you go back for service , then

Price jumps every time you go back for service , then they charge you for tire rotation when it is supposed to be free since tires where purchased there. It all boils down to not selling to many cars , they got to make it. up in service dept.

Chatted to make sure opened on July 4th and received

Chatted to make sure opened on July 4th and received response that they were. Checked google and it show opened till 7pm. Called the dealership and said to leave a message yet the voicemail was full. Drove 1.5 hours each way and they were closed. Toyota has been disrespectful of our time and not to mention the gas expense and wear and tear on my car. I have always owned Toyotas but I will never go to this dealer again and now I’m considering purchasing an Audi. I am very disappointed!!
