All went well

A nice dealership with great people. Always nice to go to a local dealership. They got me the car I wanted in the color I wanted. Went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase

Raymond Yruegas was Absolutely Phenomenal

I went to the dealership on my own just to look at cars and everyone I dealt with had my best interest at heart from the beginning. There was absolutely no pressure on me to buy a car at any point in the process. I went back with my parents a while after with the intent of leaving with a car and Ray continuously considered my opinion in giving me options to look at. There was no pressure throughout the whole process. Ray was highly personable and funny. He made the whole experience very easy and stress-free.

good support and fair pricing

Sales staff was attentive to what I wanted and when located were prompt in getting the Atlas I wanted. Pricing was fair and in line with what I could have gotten vehicle at a Denver area dealership.

Frank was great - so was the deal!

Our Sales Associate, Frank was absolutely outstanding - a seasoned veteran & a real gentleman. Shawn & Travis, the General Manager & Sales Manager respectively, were great! There wasn't the stereotypical 'back & forth' that expends so much time (& creates so much frustration). Within just a few minutes we came to an agreement on the value our trade-in & the purchase price for a new vehicle. Adam, the Finance Manager, made that process a real pleasure. I sincerely recommend Grand Junction VW to anyone looking for a New or Pre-Owned vehicle.

2019 Atlas Purchase

We had a great experience with Grand Junction VW. Skyler was wonderful to work with - low pressure, thorough and found us exact what we wanted. He answered all questions we had and his support team was equally as helpful.

A great experience

From beginning to end the experience was very pleasant. We were treated royally to a motel for the night since we came from another state. the dealings were pleasant and honest and were very cordial. We enjoyed every aspect of the purchase and would recommend them to anyone.

Pleasant

Very friendly. Work out financing to my satisfaction. Stayed in touch until delivery, but with out pressure. Car was ready to go when we were ready to leave.

Things that are important ...

Frank is a nice person, tries hard, and was open and personable, sharing his family and background information, all the while the customer was thinking " how is all this personal stuff gonna get me a better deal?" He did not ask the customer what was important to him/her. Didn't try to fit the product features into the customer's needs. I don't think he knew his product as well as he should. -which was made evident during the instruction session.
