I worked with Eric in the service department.

I worked with Eric in the service department. He was always very kind and informative on the process that our vehicle was going through in order to be repaired.it took longer than expected but only b/c of delay in getting parts. They didn?t want the car to go out the door not being confident that they fixed the problem. The car had already been to two other shops that couldn?t figure out what was going on.

Very service oriented.

Very service oriented. Great communication on what was being done and when my car would be ready. Report did show my car washed, however as it was raining I knew this didn't happen!! All else good, very clean dealership.
