Frank did a great job selling us the vehicle we need for our expanding family and Travis was a pleasure to work with as well. Paperwork was submitted via email this morning, saving us so much time.

This was the first time I have ever left a dealership feeling like I was fully taken care of. They worked with us to get us in the perfect vehicle for our family, pricing was transparent, they were fair in pricing negotiations and never once did I feel like they were trying to “sell us” on a car. There was no pushy or aggressive sale technique, just well informed sales and finance staff who answered all our questions and listened to what we needed in a vehicle. We will never buy from another dealership after this.

Getting to Grand Junction is a trek in and of itself for us - with spending a couple months searching for a vehicle a Saturday here and there. Always looking online, etc... We came in with our price and had no time or patience to haggle, respectively of course. Found our body style, test drove, and stated the price. Duane took and ran with it towards Finance - Travis. There were doubts that this could work and another option was casually presented while we waited.... Said and done it stuck and thanks to those two for fighting for us. We would of walked and they did not allow that to happen. Adam presented us with a finance charge that I knew could be lowered. With a smile he said - allow me a few minutes and was lowered by 1.5% and kept it local versus a nationally recognized establishment. Stellar service, property and facility in general. Nice non-congested location. Casual atmosphere and very family, friendly oriented. No pressure or vibe whatsoever. It took seven dealerships before we found GJV. Thank you everyone.

Had no plan to replace my 2017 Beetle with a new Beetle! Salesperson Skyler was low key and offered me to try the new one. Then of course I talked to the sales manager and "Bobs your Uncle"!!! I was buying a new car!
