We initially started coming to GJ Volkswagen to get service on our Mini Cooper and BMW. But this week, when we were having one of our cars serviced, my wife found the car that she has loved! No pressure, we've talked to Gary Sprague before, and in a short while, we were rolling away with my serviced vehicle and a new (pre-owned) one for my wife! Mackenzie & Christina at the service desk are always so good to help us. The dealership is immaculately clean, too! This isn't our first purchase from this dealership - it won't be the last, either!

Skyler helped us get into a vehicle 6 months ago and we decided it wasn’t the right choice for us. So far, our experiences with this dealership (and including Skyler Marx) has been one where the basis is for a long-term relationship over years and years and not just one of fast-take-advantage-style tactics. I appreciate the openness and two-way street style demonstrated by GJVW and Skyler. Looking for a diesel vw, found the car on dealers web page, went out and test drove with Gary Friday evening. Got pre-approved with my credit union and went out and purchased it on Monday. Easy going staff no hassle, no haggle...pretty much in and out. Would consider buying here again.

We purchased a Legacy earlier this year, they did a great job, service then was exceptional, now we were back to upgrade to a Forester and they worked with us again very professionally, courteously, and efficiently.
