Skyler was amazing. Was looking online for cars and he sent me an email. Next day went down and found the perfect car. They were fast and great.

We purchased a used 2018 VW Atlas from this dealer a couple weeks ago. We really like the vehicle so far. Skyler was helpful in the process of finding what we were after and answering questions. If you want to look at a VW or any other vehicle on the lot, I would recommend talking with Skyler. The reason for the lower rating was the process of purchasing the vehicle. We haven’t bought a vehicle from a dealer for over 10 years, so we were not ready for what was up next. It wasn’t enough to just buy a vehicle. We were presented with extended warranty options, extra insurance, protective coatings, etc. which we declined but got told how big of a risk it is to not purchase these add ons and how bad of a decision it was. The vehicle had the coatings applied by the previous owner, but the coverage doesn’t carry over. Then after we reaffirmed we didn’t want any of the add ons, he mentioned that the previous owner purchased a maintenance warranty that carries over to the next owner up to a specified mileage, which we still had around 25,000 miles of coverage. We left the dealership with a bad taste in our mouth for the process, but with a nice vehicle. There was a recall that hadn’t been fixed yet as well as a few other items that needed repaired, so we scheduled a time to bring the vehicle back a week later. We were told it would probably be 2-3 days. Unfortunately, all of the parts were not ordered on the recall work and another part that came was broken, so they had to order another part. Over a week later we were able to get our vehicle back. Thankfully they offered us a loaner vehicle over the weekend. The service personnel were nice and friendly. It was a little frustrating though with how long it took to do the work after the vehicle had been looked at and determined what was needed before we purchased it.

When I first began communicating with Skyler via email he was always prompt with to answer. When we first arrived he was quick to meet us outside. I have not purchased a new car in 17 years. I put a lot of research in and asked a lot of questions. Skyler was extremely patient and helpful. He and Travis were willing to go above and beyond what I expected. They located the vehicle that I wanted and got it transferred to Grand Junction VW. Skyler and Travis had all of my documents together and I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour, the exact time Skyler told me! I thought it would be several hours but I am so grateful they did all of the leg work prior to my arrival and had everything ready for me to sign and be on my way. I live a couple of hours away so I had looked into the Denver dealerships and the one closer to me. No one was willing to transfer the vehicle that I wanted with the discounts that they promised.
