I purchased a 2019 VW Beetle and Frank took the time to explain all of the car’s features and clearly answer my many questions. We went in knowing what we wanted, was greeted promptly by Skyler but not in an annoying vulture kind of way like most dealerships. He's a keeper. He got us the key to test drive, came back, wanted to buy it and got us in and out in a jiffy.
