I usually can't stand dealerships, in fact I usually cringe when I have to go to a dealership. Skyler and Travis made this a completely different experience than I've ever had. They didn't try to shove anything down my throat, in fact they asked me about my life, my needs, our family needs, they asked us why we were considering the vehicle we were considering and they made sure that we could actually afford the payments. They walked us through the maintenance packages and options and made sure we understood what each one was and helped us decide if it was something we wanted. I never once felt uncomfortable, because they didn't make me feel like they were trying to sell to me. Their entire focus was around understanding our needs and then doing their very best to meet those needs. Different level out there at GJ Volkswagen. I'm just so impressed. They even followed up the next week to make sure we were happy with our new Tiguan! Thanks guys!

Found a good deal with this dealership during covid time. Most was done over the phone/text and Skyler was good with communication and very friendly. I did find presenting only the monthly pricing technique to be slightly misleading, but at the end of the day got the numbers I needed and didn't feel pressured. They took care of me after driving up from Denver and made the paperwork process quick and painless and really made my the trip worth it. Would recommend Skyler and this dealership to VW shoppers!
