My husband, Joe, texted Skyler Marx about a VW Jetta GLI that he saw on the internet. He was very responsive about getting back to Joe right away, and set up a time to meet so he could test drive the car. This was by far, the best car buying experience we ever had. Skyler was so professional, and not at all pushy. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for in a new vehicle. We also met with Jason for financing, and he too was so nice to work with. He did not push us into anything we did not want to purchase. We did research on good used cars for weeks. I had looked at all the local places websites for used cars, Carvana and Car Guru, even online in Montrose. We wanted something with a clean car fax, reasonable price and good reviews. I emailed several dealerships about different vehicles we were interested in on Sunday. Skyler responded first thing Monday, we chatted back and forth with my questions. He was patient and gave us options when we came to look. Thanks Frank! I stopped by GJ VW because I was curious about the Jetta. Frank the Tank was very patient in hunting down the few with manual transmissions like I wanted. When he found a new arrival that hadn't even made it to the sales lot, It was love at first sight! Of course the beautiful red/orange Jetta with several upgrade features was more than I hoped to spend. Frank went to work, Staying 2 hrs after his time to go home, to get me top dollar for my trade and negotiating a nice discount that I couldn't say no to. Thanks again to "The Tank!"

Purchased a used VW Alltrack (sadly, a discontinued AWD station wagon) - I'd called just to find out if they could get one with low miles. Spoke with Travis, the Sales Mgr, who connected me with Gary. They had an almost perfect (low miles) in stock, but not yet on the website. I hate buying cars; this was easy. No pressure, no sales maneuvering - just answered all my questions, helped me to consider whether this was the vehicle I wanted, and gave me other options. I wouldn't hesitate to buy through this dealership again. (And I had the same great service in 1999 when I bought a Subaru from the same dealership.)
