Easiest car purchase ever. No pressure or overbearing “salesmanship.” Derek was friendly and very helpful. The negotiations were no pressure and the dealer was willing to work with me and gave me a very fair price on my trade in. I highly recommend talking to them if your looking for a new ride. Jeff and Travis were excellent in their professionalism. Very personal and polite in every manor! They did everything to get me a great deal on a 2017 VW Golf Sportwagon. They explained every detail of the pricing, the after finance total, and the insurance policies along with taxes as to where every other dealer I have dealt with has hid mostly everything. Final financing per month ended up lower than initial monthly rate! Wonderful dealership to come to if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. Did everything at my convenience to ensure I had the time to handle paperwork and financing.

I drove through the lot just to look with my daughter-in-law and spied an Audi that looked like it would be great for my business. So we test drove it - and it was great! Then when I was sitting in the show room to begin negotiations, I saw the sweetest little Arteon CC sitting there calling my name. Jeff was wonderful in that he was ok with me switching my focus in mid-stream. He is so accommodating and a pleasure with which to work. All the guys at GJ Volkswagen have been great!!
