Frank the Tank and the other sales staff at Grand Junction Volkswagen were very accommodating and helpful during the purchase of our cars. They were friendly and very upfront so nothing about “the deal” was hidden or unclear. I would highly recommend the dealership and the sales staff for a positive buying experience.

First off, Skyler was great to deal with. I was looking for a low mileage, 1 owner, very specific optioned, and color 13'+ ram 3500. After scouring the internet, Grand Junction VW had what i was looking for. The only down side was i live in East Tennessee. I contacted the dealer, and Skyler got back to me quickly and professionally. He was able to answer any and all questions that i had. The most important key point for me, was how accurately he was able to represent/show the negatives of the truck in pictures. My wife and I felt confident enough in what was seen in pictures and what was described to us by Skyler. That we purchased one way tickets to fly out to test drive, buy the truck, and drive it 1500 miles home. Given the opportunity i would be more than willing to do business with Skyler again.

We got a 2017 Jetta for our son. The car is in excellent condition. No hassle or pressure to buy. Frank the Tank gave us a great deal and customer service. Shawn is the best-- he goes above and beyond to show customer loyalty is appreciated. Everyone is great and friendly. Skyler even went out of his way to say hello to an old acquaintance. It was overall a great buying experience.

Absolutely love my new car, "Frank the Tank" assisted me through the buying process, all was good except he was a bit pushy for me to leave this review, I never leave reviews but after a year he was still asking, can't blame the guy he probably gets a bonus of some sort if I do.

I wanted to write this review as a consumer and provide feedback on my recent purchase of a 2017 Volkswagen Golf R. I have been looking for a Golf R with low mileage and happened to find the vehicle Skyler sold me. Skyler conducted himself professionally, communicate exceedingly well and delivered the vehicle as promised (detailed and in excellent condition). It was nice to have a representative go above and beyond to help with the process from beginning to end. I live out of state, so there were some extra steps to be taken, Skyler did a good job making everything as smooth as possible. It was nice purchasing from your dealership and Skyler made it an even better experience working with him on the transaction.
