My experience actually started last evening. I stopped by after hours to browse and was greeted by Jason Nisley at the sister Subaru dealership. He was just seeing how I was and asked if I needed anything. I told him that I was just looking around and would probably be back the following day (today). Today as I was wondering around, Jeffrey Hart approached me and was very helpful in my looking for a car. I was not totally sure as to what I wanted, and was looking at other dealerships. Jeff showed me a few models, and then let me take two (one automatic and one standard) for a test drive, which I did. Later he made me comfortable whilst the deal was being drawn up, arranged for a curtesy car to follow me back to my house, collect me, and then return me to the dealership so I could get my new car to take home. It was a very easy and stress-free experience.

Evan was AWESOME! I know my trade wasn’t a super profitable one for VW but he still gave me so much time and effort.I have been and will remain a VW/Subaru lifer (this specific dealership not just the brands) Only complaint is I know my trade in was worth at least $2000 more minimum! But that had nothing to do with evans amazing service and I never said anything because I left a vehicle I wanted within my asking price
