Met Jeff as we pulled in and the rest was easy. Normally, you feel the pressure as soon as put your foot on the lot, but not here. All of the staff worked as hard as they could to help us unload our old, non-functioning car and put us in a might-as-well-be new used car at a great price. Our amazing salesman Frank “The Tank” Palmisano was on the phone with my mother (the buyer) and they were finishing off the financing details. Frank went into Skyler’s office to let him know about the changes. Skyler decided telling Frank to “hang up when he comes into his office!” Along with other things and my mother was extremely offended by what she had to hear. When I went to the dealership to tell him how upset we were he proceeded to get argumentative with me before me having to finally tell him he’s not perfect and he needs to come to a self realization on that fact. It’s amazing the contrast of customer service quality that you can receive at one place especially a huge corporate dealership white Volkswagen.

Can’t say enough great things about our experience with VW Grand Junction! Our salesperson Justin Brown was off the charts helpful , from answering all of our questions to helping us set up our garage door opener.
