Oh, My Goodness!! Words can not express how impressed I was with the service that I received from Moose and Riley. They were extremely professional and helpful from beginning to end. The service was phenomenal!!! The paperwork and the entire process went extremely well. I could not believe that I had just purchased a van. I was expecting this car-buying process to be long and exhausting, just as it has been in the past with other dealerships. I came in on a Saturday, which is my shopping day. I purchased my car, had lunch while I was there, and was still able to get my shopping done, just as I do every Saturday, while driving up and down Indianapolis Blv. Moose and Riley treated me like they had known me their entire lives. They made me feel like I not only have a new van but now have two new bonus sons. They are the best!!!! Oh, and I absolutely love my new van and know that it's a looker because heads were turning as I drove into the courthouse parking lot. SCHERERVILLE TEAM TOYOTA, YOU ROCK!!!

Thought for a moment our van had it's last ride after it broke down last night. Thanks to Chris and the service crew at Team Toyota it will live to see another drive after the oil line blew. They worked with us to figure out not only what the most critical repairs were but got the work done in about 5 hours. It needs more work than we are willing to put in long term, but we are hoping to be safe for another 6-12 months until we can get our other car paid off. When that time comes, we will be returning to make our 6th vehicle purchase from Team Toyota.
