Came in with my parents and worked with Rick, he showed me a few vehicles , while ended up buying a nice Mazda. This dealership has a great selection of vehicles.

Amyla was the absolute best! Everything felt like a breeze when I came in. She was super friendly & knowledgeable. Buying a car can be nerve wracking but she made this process stress free. I love how she connects with her customers on a personal level. Both my mom and sister have bought from this location as well. If I ever know someone looking for a Toyota I’d highly recommend this location and from my experience I’d recommend that they specifically work with Amyla.

Went in to talk to Justin for a used vehicle, and also worked with Rick who helped us decide on a nice Corolla Cross which we really like, great dealership!

We drove from Michigan to buy a 2023 RAV4 Limited Hybrid from Rico. We loved his no pressure sales, his personality and ability to know or find any answer to any question we had. He answered all our questions and even offered to take more pictures for us. Rico is just a great salesman and a great credit to the Team Toyota. All our financing was done before we even left for Indiana making our purchase easy in and easy out. We would highly recommend Rico and Team Toyota for anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle in the future.

I called to make sure the car was on the lot before I drove 2 hours. I made sure to tell Amyla to not start the truck because I wanted to hear what it started like and to listen for imperfections. When I arrived the car was already started so that should have been my first bad sign. Took the truck for a test drive, it wouldn't shift or read into Drive. Barely got down the street and the truck started rattling, shaking and gears shifting weird and check engine light came on. Brought the truck back and Amyla told me well "you know the truck has miles on it and things start to go bad in it but we do safety checks on all our cars" no ma'am you do not, that truck is absolutely not safe to drive. So be careful if you buy a car from here. Horrible customer service!
