His name is Mark...he makes the experience of buying a car worthwhile. I and my wife have bought our second car from him. I have been dealing with Team Toyota in Schererville for many years and have never been dissatisfied through the purchase of seven vehicles for the family and the service is always more than satisfactory.

My first experience with this dealership was good. I accompanied a friend who needed a new car. The salesperson was very respectful of my friend's needs, although my friend has since reported some issues with the car... and later reported and complained about add-ons that took the final cost beyond what was expected. My friend was disappointed by the finance process. I went back for my own vehicle, and the (same) salesperson seemed to care, but was apparently busy with other customers, not very attentive, and left me to my own devices. He tried to push a car on me that I didn't love and wasn't sure about for a price I didn't like. The offer I received had a smiley face drawn on it... which.... maybe some people like this sales tactic, but I find it highly insulting. I will never buy a car from someone who draws a smiley face on the sales offer... unless of course they're the only salesperson left in the world. I recognize that the dealership is in a high traffic area, but it should consider allowing test drives that exceed 25 mph. It's hard to get a great feel for a car's capabilities at such slow speeds. Despite my less than awesome experience(s), I still *might* recommend the dealership for anyone unwilling to travel to a better dealer or out of state, but ONLY because many of my friends have had great experiences here. None of those friends had my salesperson. I will note that I went out of state and found a car I love. That dealership and my salesperson were very attentive. The test drives were fun. I was fed lunch and great coffee. I was treated with dignity and respect. The car I took home cost a little more per month than Team Toyota's offer... I *will* pay more for excellent treatment.
