I did my research by contacting over a dozen other dealers before arriving at DCH. I presented my best offer to your dealership by phone and it was accepted by John Curtis, the manager--which had my 'preferred' exterior and interior color scheme. Thanks to Jahaira for your courtesy over the phone (and at the dealership, too) and for promptly returning with John's no-hassle response. As promised you had the car ready for me to drive home the next day .And thank you, George Parker, for the test drive of the car of my choice and for your persistence and patience the next day as we waited for installation of the remote starter. And, also, thanks to Joe Croce for carefully and clearly explaining all the high tech safety features on the new model. I have already mastered them thanks to you. Car was sold is very good condition . Sales representative Alexie was very friendly. Location was easily reachable from train station. Would recommend DCH Toyota to others.

When I came in I asked the sales manager for a knowledgeable salesman and he gave me Marc Ellison. Marc was very patient and explained all of our options. We closed the deal. When we picked up our car Joe Croce explained, with great patience, the operation of the car. He told us he is always available if we have any other questions in the future. Truly a great car purchasing experience. I will definitely recommend DCH to my family and friends.

My sales person Brandon and the delivery coordinator, Joe, we're extremely kind, patient beyond any place I have been. Also, Allen, was very professional and walked me through the financial part.

Always great service. Been going to this service provider for over 30 years. They always get it right. In 30 years I only had to bring it back twice. Thats a good track record. They are not cheap but very close to what you pay else where. The deciding factor is you get your car back that day or you can wait for it if you have the time.

Brandon, Allena and Devaughn were amazing; I was in and out with my second time renewing our lease and picking out a new car!! The made the process so easy and clear; I highly recommend using DCH and seeing these three guys for sure. I have 3 other Toyota dealers closer to me and I will always choose to stick with DCH Toyota. My wife and I leased a 2019 Rav 4 today. Our total experience was excellent.We have been doing business with our sales rep Virginia Bisconti for 19 years. Our family has purchased 9 cars at the dealership. We know we can always count on her for a good deal. Allen Stern our finance manager was excellent in explaining everything we needed to know. Our Delivery Coordinator Joe Croce was extremely helpful when showing us all the features in the car. We were very impressed with the friendly service, and care we received. Great experience. Had my Prius V towed to the DCH service center after an accident, from the accident site. DCH made all arrangements with insurance company and me over the phone. When car was repaired, they arranged a courtesy car to pick me up; I was in and out of the service center in 20-25 minutes. I can't imagine a smoother experience.
