The people who I have dealt with over the years at DCH Toyota have been awesome. The dealers I’ve talked with were always upfront with me and worked with me to get me into a car I love. I was sad to give up my 13 year old car, I really had no choice..however the staff at Toyota made it easy, Meer help me get the new car I wanted and Allen made sure my payments stayed right where I asked them to..then joe had to review all the technologies..not an easy task as I have not had anything like the features this car has..all new to me, he was kind and very thorough in his explanations ..I now can go anywhere, and get home again!

The DCH Toyota team that handled our purchase was truly exceptional from our salesman George Parker and the woman who found the exact 2019 model that we wanted. They were aggressive about followup and had the car for us the next day. The administrative staff and the financial person were extremely helpful and couldn't have been nicer. Following the purchase Joe Croce was very attentive and patient with us to explain, understand, and program the electronic systems. We were extremely satisfied with the team and will gladly recommend them in the future.

Leonardo Orozco and Marco were very helpful and led to a great buying experience from them. I live out of state and did not have the ability to come into the dealership to see the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Leo was more than understanding and did his best to work with me. Once I was able to work out the out the door price via email and phone, I decided to hire a mechanic to inspect the vehicle and they were able to accommodate that request as well. After trekking it to the dealership they provided me with their undivided attention on a busy Saurday to field any question and concerns I had. They had the vehicle detailed and looking pristine for me to come pick up. I had a time constraint to be somewhere later in the evening and did their best to get me out of there on time. What made them stand out from other dealerships is that even after the close of the deal, Leo and Marco did a follow up with me to see how things are and made sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. Car buying experience can be painful but Leo and the staff at DCH Toyota made it a great buying experience by respecting my time and being able to work with me without having to be in the dealership to visit them.

George did a good job selling me my car. He was upfront about what he knew about it and what he didn’t. No false promises or info.
