Alexei Wherry was 110% on the job from the moment I dropped in to the dealership (and it was 30 minutes before closing!) He was patient, listened to requests and was straightforward when it came to pricing. Joe Croce spent a full hour introducing me to all the new features Toyota has added. Marco Perez alerted me to a $900 rebate deal which sweetened the deal.

Joe sat with me for 90 minutes going through everything inside the car that would make it easier and safer to drive. He had infinite patience explaining the sound system, the lights, the electronics, how to use all of the accessories and much, much more. I left the dealership feeling very comfortable with the car and very well informed. He told me to call him at any time and it didn’t matter how small or large the issue was, he would resolve it.
