My experience with John and Joe has been very informative and they are very easy to deal with and understand the new technology of the 2020 car. Joe also made it clear to me anytime I have a question or problem I should not hesitate to contact him which I have been doing. And I certainly would recommend Joe Croce and John Pritts to family and friends who are interested in buy a Toyota. I had an appointment with Joe Croce to go over the features of the 2020 Prius I had leased recently. He was generous with his time, very patient, thoroughly answering my questions and explaining other features of the new car. He was also helpful in explaining safety aspects available which I was not familiar with. He emphasized that he would always be available for future consultation, He is certainly an asset to the dealership.

After having such a positive experience with purchasing a Toyota from Marc Ellison 9 years ago, we had no doubt we wanted to return for him. Last week, we returned to DCH and purchased another Toyota from Marc. He remembered us right away. Marc is exceptional with his kindness, warmth and professionalism. Because of Marc, the transaction went so smoothly that we were able to bring home our new car the same day. Joe was very nice and showed us how to operate the car. It was also nice dealing with Randy. We will definitely come back and again request Marc Ellison next time we are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Our first buying experience of a car in seven years we dealt with three professionals while at DCH. A certified sales consultant, a finance guy, and a delivery coordinator.
