Truck Purchase

Mr. Joe Croce went over the details of the Tacoma Sport 4WD pickup truck which I purchased. He went over and above to help me understand the new technology which was in the truck (the truck has the Technology Package). He was patient with me and concerned that I understood how to work my way through the technology. I think that he spent an hour with me to go over everything in the truck. I have never had a dealership do this for a delivery of a vehicle. Generally, I don't enjoy purchasing vehicles because of the typical run-around with prices and trade-ins, etc. However, this dealership went out of their way to make it a quick and informative delivery. As far as the sales force, I know that the person I worked with was young, very polite, very sociable and willing to make and close the deal so that I would have the vehicle I wanted. I would suggest that the management of the dealership help these new sales people with the features of the models they sell. Maybe have salesmen or saleswomen specialize in different models so that they know the insides and outsides of the vehicles. I don't expect every sales person to know the intricacies of every model, so it would be better if some were trained for a group of models so that when prospective customers come in to purchase a vehicle, they can be directed to a salesman who knows the vehicle the best.

RAV4 DCH

Marc Ellison, Joseph Lee and Joseph Croce (+ your finance manager, whose name I don't remember) all did an excellent, efficient and courteous job meeting all my needs regarding the car and its financing.

Got the exact car I wanted!

Leo went above and beyond to find me a top-of-the-line 2019 Rav4 Limited in the exact color I wanted! In the past with other dealerships I've had to compromise on color but am thrilled with by Ruby Flare Rav4.
