We had a great experience with Mark Ellison, Joe Croce, and Randy Silver. We own a Toyota already and have been so happy with our car and the people at the Toyota service center as well. When we needed a second car, we knew we would want to use Toyota again. These 3 men that helped us were straight forward, thorough, friendly, and helpful They made our experience easy and enjoyable. I usually don’t like going to car dealerships but DCH Toyota City is the new standard! From the moment I walked in I was treated like family. The facility is clean and beautiful with 15 cars in the showroom for you to check out. Marc was incredibly patient with me to make sure that I found the car that was right for ME. Joe and everyone else I met were tremendously helpful and nice. From now on when I buy a car I’m going straight to DCH Toyota City- why waste my time anywhere else?

Brought my Camry in for routine maintenance (130,000 miles). It was suggested to me at my previous visit that The Camry should have a tune-up. After dropping off my car, Gabriel called me and said that looking back in on the service records, I already had a tune-up done in 2018. He saved me from having unnecessary work done on my car.
