Loyal customer since 2004 but will not return unless aggressive and rude sales manager Luis Gonzalez is no longer there. Have never experienced such terrible customer relations in my life.

The people I worked with to buy my used car were very friendly and helpful, but getting an appointment was confusing and the whole process could have been much better organized. Overall I'm happy with my purchase but it could have been a much better experience. Maybe the holiday rush created more confusion than usual.

Everyone was fantastic. Quick service and everyone is there for you. Parker, Croce, tried everything to satisfy us and make sure the car is good.
