2015 Honda CRV purchase

Salesman excellent and did everything necessary take make this process a good experience. Long drive from Lexington KY but car turned out better than expected.

Bought a Sierra 1500

Everything went according to plan and staff was helpful

I was referred to bill delord from another repair shop because they deemed my repair to be covered under warranty. Info they stated bill delord pointed out to them. Called to make an appointment and was able to get in pretty fast with a loaner car that was comparable to the size car i owned. I was worried about the whole thing since the covered under warranty info came from another shop. I called the day before just to make sure my appointment and loaner car was all set to go. The process of dropping off my car and picking up the loaner was very fast. I dropped off at the end of the day for the next morning. I was called about 900am the next morning from service stating my repair was covered under warranty and all set to go. Shot out to integrity automotive in middletown for being right! They are great as well. I was able to pick up my car even after service was closed and that was a breeze. My mom previously purchased a car from bill delord several years ago and she was happy with the service then and im happy with the service now. I told my mom about my experience and she actually went there for an oil change a few days later. The location isnt really that close but not too far. I live in west chester and my mom lives in middletown. We both pass other places we could go to service our cars be would drive the extra miles for good service. Hopefully it stays that way.

Found the perfect car on the first day

Tim listened to our wants and needs and knew just the car that would fit the bill. We were greeted by a professional and friendly staff. The whole experience was very pleasant. We would definitely go there for our next car.

Fantastic Service

Buying a 2013 GMC Terrain

We had one of BEST Buying experiences of our life. My wife and I were looking for a Used GMC Terrain and found one we liked at the Dealership. We worked with Ron Morris as well as Steve , the Finance Manager. In my many years of Selling automobiles, I have never had such an enjoyable Buying Experience.Ron and Steve made buying our Terrain quite enjoyable and we never felt pressured or pushed into anything. Excellent Service! Wonderful Staff

I worked with Tom K to find my new Buick Regal and I love it! The staff was so helpful in finding the right vehicle for me and walking me through all the features. Great price on a clean car.

We found a nice, clean, used car for our daughter at a fair price. We were treated with courtesy and respect at all times by our salesman Ron Morris. 2017 Buick Enclave successful

Wonderful dealership, drove over 2 hours to the dealership to look at a car listed on car gurus.com. Found the perfect fit for our family. The Rick J. experience

I have bought many cars in my life. The Bill Delord experience has been the best I've ever experienced. When you walk into the showroom you can feel the customer service attitude & culture and this only improved throughout the visit. There are a lot of businesses / companies that talk customer service but don't practice what they preach. We were treated as old friends / family from the time we stepped out of our car. I cannot say enough about our salesman Ron Morris, we drove several different cars, he answered all our questions and spent a lot of time educating us on all the options offered. At no time did Ron ever get impatient or aggravated with all our questions and we wore him down pretty good !. At our age understanding all the new electronics can be confusing. Ron went above and beyond to say he would even come to our house if we had problems programming the garage door opener ! No one does that anymore ! They have now earned a customer for life. I would refer them to all I know.
