So, on Sept 30th I had went to Bob Pulte and the service that i got from the lady was TERRIBLE so i went to Bill Delord. I stopped in to look at NEW SUV and the saleman Ron Morris was great,friendly and Knew what he was doing! Wasn't pushy at all. They worked with me to get what i wanted. The finance Steve Butsch also worked the numbers. I HIGHLY recommended BILL DELORD. They are AWESOME!!!

I was told there service dose no work unless they get paid ,I guess this means get your wallet out and get ready to be taken advantage of I purchased a car and my vehicle I wanted to trade in they broke it. When I expressed my frustration there response to me was to verbally insult me....

Today, August 30th, 2017, I purchased my 4th vehicle, a brand new GMC Terrain from Bill DeLord Buick, GMC and Cadillac in Lebanon, Ohio. I know 1st hand how hard they work to get me the best deal. I met Ron when I stopped in to inquire about a used truck they had on their lot. It is obvious that customer service is a priority by they way I was greeted and treated while looking around and through the purchase process.
