Our experience with Johnson Volvo Cars was incredible, to say the least. From the first phone call, through the initial visit and test driving of the car, through the purchasing process of our vehicle Rod Blackwell was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Rod never put any pressure on us, he did quite the opposite, he gave us some space, answered all our questions, and provided us with additional information the following day. It was a true pleasure dealing with Rod as well as with Hasani Stapleton, the finance manager at Johnson Volvo Cars.

Johnson Volvo service is the best in the business. I have never experienced such personalized care. Every single one of their staff is so helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure you're well taken care of. Cars have issues and that's inevitable! Once you drive through their service department, know that you are in the best hands, ever!!

Anytime I call for service needs he will answer call or call me back right away. Always gives honest advice for my car maintenance. Never got any extra charges. I have been going to this dealership since i have been owing my volvo xc90 2020! Every time I go there always felt dealership environment is friendly /quite /clean. They also do volvo valet.pick and drop off ur volvo.

If I could give this Dealership 100 Stars, I would. I live in Littleton North Carolina. I purchased a new 2017 XC90 in Richmond 5 years ago. I have always taken my car for service up to Richmond and it's been fine. This past week I noticed grinding on my brakes and realized I needed service immediately. Both Richmond and Raleigh were booked until the second week of August and provided me with no good options. Then.... Paulino, the service advisor at Johnson Volvo in Durham answered the phone. I have never in my many years of buying vehicles and getting them worked on had any better service. Especially since I did not purchase my car there. He gave me options (even though he was booked). He arranged for me to drop off my car in the hopes of getting to it ASAP. I figured I would drop it off and rent a car nearby (they had all their loaners in use). I got there, was treated like royalty, driven to the Mall and my car was ready in 2 hours with fairly priced 2 Rotors, Calipers and break pads. I will definitely buy my next new Volvo there and continue to take my vehicle there for service. Paulino and the Team are the best!
