My experience from start to finish was superb!

My experience from start to finish was superb! I can't say enough about Joey Rennick's professionalism, efficiency and mostly listening to the needs of the customer. It started with a phone call at 4:15 on a Friday and continued with texts and by 6 pm we had a deal. I traveled from WV to Durham, NC to pick up my 2021 XC60 and was greeted with a warm welcome to Johnson Volvo. Moving on to finance with Thomas Higgins, again, met warmly. There were no surprises or hiccups and had it not been for the friendly chat, the transaction probably could have been completed inside of 15 minutes. Thank you to all those that I encountered on my visit, your staff deserves a big applause.

Out of state buyers beware!

Out of state buyers beware!! Called on a 2019 Porsche they just took on trade had a newbie salesman Joey told him I need u to be my eyes and I am very particular about my cars. Joey took some videos and some pics not the best. He said this thing is so clean I might it myself. They had a lot of interest on the car so trusting Joey I placed a down deposit then started the Sloooow process of buying a car here if ur out of state you will have e to meet a notary sign actual paperwork and give up all kinds of personal information even a thumb print!! Then came the delivery transport pics up the car and it has so many circles on the report I’m thinking this can’t be my car well it was and it was not good. I get my eyes on the car and yep Joey failed to point out the flaws of the $52,000 car after calling and stating my case I was told by the manager Blake Boyd I got what I paid for and I will mail you a check for $1000. lol does not even come close to fixing the issues. They definitely took advantage of somebody that was out of state knew that it didn’t matter when the car got there. It was too late doesn’t matter. It’s your car now.BEWARE!

We love our 2024 Volvo XC 90 Recharge, and along with that, we loved our experience with Johnson Volvo of Durham.
