John Hiester listened to what we wanted and the fact that we weren’t in a hurry. They were very personable and friendly and not pushy. I appreciated how we were treated and we like our new truck very much.

Service managers went over and beyond to give good...

Service managers went over and beyond to give good service. He actually got paper towels and towels to clean water left in mat area from testing rain leak.

Was greeted at the door and checked in was fast waiting room was nice time was not to long to wait the man who check my car explain everything to me and help me decide if I want to keep my car or sale it both ppl was very hell full and I will come back

No pressure

No pressure and willing to deal. No runaround and open and honest. A refreshing change from the local dealerships in my area. I drove 45 minuets to get there and worth every second.

Great service and helpful information for upcoming services schedule . Very friendly and nice atmosphere . I enjoyed the christian music in the background. She checked in a couple of times to see if I needed anything

Fantastic from first message, text, email, to driving away. Vanessa and Krystal made it all happen, answered our questions, and helped get the work done before we even arrived. Best interaction to date and we have been through this process many times before! Will be our first stop for any and all future vehicles!

Poor Customer Service

I saw what appeared to be a good deal on a used truck on the internet. I took it for a test drive, and the salesperson and the manager initially appeared friendly and low-pressure. After I questioned conflicting information between the internet listing and the window sticker, the manager’s attitude and tone completely changed. I left and have no intentions of ever returning.
