Tire pressure

Sensor hept saying low pressure even after we filled the tires. After the appointment was made we realize we also need inspection called and they added it on with no problem

Done and Done

Dropped our truck off at 8:00am, got a call saying it was not done around 4:00pm . The work we had done went well ; but the late time made it difficult to pick up , so we agreed to pick it up the next morning . We arrived about 9:00am to pick up my wife’s avalanche, there were cars out the door of the service bay . Now I understand why I could not pick up our truck when said , cars out the door must mean something good going on at #1 Day Chevrolet !!! Alls good with the service dept. at #1 DAY CHEVROLET !!! Bill,Dave, Ray and all involved, job well done.

Car buying made easy!

Day Chevrolet made my car buying completely painless! When I walked in and until I had the keys of my new car, the staff bent over backwards to make sure there was no pressure on either part. My salesman Tyler, handled every aspect of the deal with complete professional care! Tyler asked all the right questions and delivered the goods. Outstanding service department

Bill Delmanico and the service team do a excellent job. They do outstanding and I am never disappointed. Sales team needs work. Not as helpful as the service team..

Couldn't tell the difference from a control arm to a tie rod

Went in with a vibration issue and a clicking noise in my front right side wheel. Didn't have any issues with my brakes. They told me my back right caliper mounting bolt was missing. which i think when they took it off to check them they miss placed it. My back left bolt was lose ill give that to them because ive noticed a clicking over in the back left side every time i accelerated. But ok so far not bad just annoying. Then they said "a bushing is busted in the front right ok that makes sense told me it was a control arm bushing so i bought a control arm because its easier to replace the control arm than trying to remove and replace a bushing on it. Ok i took my wheel off look at my tie rod end the bushing is shot the and the sway bar link is splitting nothing wrong with my control arm. Waist of my time and effort.

Service one can truly trust.

One doesn't stay with a dealership for over 20 years just for convenience of location. It's the honesty and quality of service from all involved in selling and servicing a car.
