awful

You let me sit for 2 hours waiting for my car to be looked at for a AC issue I had a appt at 10:30 and I was waiting for my vehicle Well I checked to see what was going on and for a SECOND time they said they didn’t know I was waiting and that it has not been looked at and probably won’t be because they had 2 call offs A call in the morning would have been nice so that I DIDNT HAVE TO MISS WORK I’m real irritated with you people How irresponsible and unprofessional you are! And your people just pass the buck Awful I guess I have to just ride around in the heat Twice you claim That you didn’t know I was waiting Guess what.... it won’t happen a third time I must have purchased 20 vehicals there Your service was a slap in the face On a positive note I was looking at cars with Jerry howarth who was very attentive

Worth the wait

Because my service associate Kim talks to me as a person not just a customer explaining what’s to be done in plain English and timeframe to expect the work done. I would recommend this service based on Kim’s customer service alone.

Always outstanding at Day Chevy

Mr. Delmonaco always takes care of our needs and is very informative in relaying what needs to done. As I've indicated in the past; He and the service department are the reason we continue to buy Chevy. We have dealt with day Chevy for close to 45 years. Stress free buying experience

New Car

Lance and Jarrod were extremely helpful and upfront in helping us to get a fair price for our new car. We were not committed to purchasing a car that afternoon, but after finding the Traverse we really wanted to be able to get it. We felt comfortable with the honest and fair approach.

Disappointment and frustration

I leased a 2015 Trax. It has had to be towed twice and my lease isn't even done yet!! I was so disappointed because I loved this car - but the issues in the last 8 months have been unprecedented. The most recent time it was towed, I was without a vehicle for A WEEK until I was able to finally acquire a rental/loaner from the dealership. Then, just a day after I picked up my vehicle from the service center (this past Tuesday), my check engine light came on again!! Now, I have to take it back on Monday - taking time out of my morning and will make me late for work again! The first time I was without the vehicle, I was not offered a rental. Instead, we had to call and ask for one to be given. Even though the service center said they will provide a rental for this issue I am having looked at on Monday, it does not make any of this any less frustrating or inconvenient. I am paying for a lease that I haven't been able to drive in a month. I do not know if I have a lemon, if this is being done because my lease is almost done and they want to make me desperate for any deal they give me on a new lease, or if they just don't care about how this has inconvenienced me so far. Either way, this will be my final business completed with Day Chevrolet. Do not contact me about this issue.

New Car

Mike was a very nice and helpful sales associate. He was very knowledgeable about all the Chevy vehicles we discussed. He also made sure I understood all the buttons and controls in my new car before I left the lot after purchasing the car. I highly recommend him!
