Pretty good
Overall, it was pretty good. However, the car was not ready when I specifically told them when I was coming to pick it up, so I had to spend 4 hours there as opposed to 1-1.5, which was annoying.

Broken promise
I was promised a new set of tires and tank of gas, would be called by salesman for time and date. I showed up because I needed tires because I traveling out of State. Did receive tires but not tank of gas.

Ray takes very good care of my car! I always take my car in for service with Ray. Finds the problem, explains what it means and gets it fixed.

Very satisfied
While waiting on my Malibu to go into the shop, I was informed by the tech that the mechanic would not be in for another two hours and then told me that he would provide me with a loaner vehicle so I did not have to wait many hours. That was greatly appreciated and thoughtful of Day Chevrolet!
