My wife and I were extremely pleased with the entire process from the internet contact to Rich the sales manager and CJ the salesman. Everyone was courteous and professional. I’m so happy we found the certified 2020 Silverado I wanted and were treated with respect. Top notch dealership.

I had dealt with this dealership a week prior to buying our vehicle and our service advisor, Joe, was amazing and worked with us with the issues that we had with a previous vehicle. The vehicle was fixed and we were on our way. I was in need of another vehicle, so I reached out to the dealership and was connected with CJ. He was amazing and answered all of our questions and was overall, pleasant. We were in and out of the dealership in 3 hours and the entire visit was hassle-free. We were able to get a decent trade for our jeep and walked out with a new Chevy Trax. He also set up our rewards account through Chevy and explained the program to us in a very thorough manner. I also feel that this is important to note, CJ has been selling cars for a number of years. I had bought a car back in March - from a different dealership - and the salesperson was only there for a few weeks and we had a TON of bumps in the road. It's just a better experience to work with a more seasoned salesperson if you are an impatient person like my husband can be. Mark, in Finance, was super sweet as well. He answered any questions that we had and assisted us with warranty options. We are covered pretty much for the life of the car and that is an added bonus for us! I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new car.

top the spam

Went through this issue about 9 months ago and it started again today. I'm getting your email spam even though I was to be removed from mailing list. Browser is just another typical auto dealer. Will never purchase a vehicle here or any Bowser stores. Cochran is so much more professional!

Don’t buy from here if your out of state

Do not buy if you’re not a resident of Pennsylvania.Bought a truck from dealership after finding on cars.com.Drove 7 hours to look at truck and made the purchase. Was told it had just been worked on for something in front end like a control arm.Drove truck 7 hours home to find out it’s leaking oil from oil pan.Found out later from Service Manager they had just replaced that and nothing was said.Even told me something else was worked on.Took to local dealership to get repaired correctly. No truck for 4 days. You have to sign and pay for them to handle titling, lien paper work if you are using a bank. They gave me 60 day tags while I waited on my plates. At about 45 days I contacted them to question about the plates and was told to wait until 57 day’s and if I hadn’t recieved them contact them back.Still no plates called and could not get any help finding out what needs to happen.General Manager has not responded after 2 voicemails were left. Finally got in touch with the titling company they use and the rep there told me there was no lien put on my truck.Needless to say they couldn’t finish the process and no one at the dealership has done anything to help.So im now going to be unable to drive my truck again legally for another 2 weeks and they won’t send me another 60 tag.Absolutely terrible car buying experience.Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Won't sell car to out of state buyer w/o in person

please Note if Out of State; I wanted to buy 2018 vehicle advertised on Cars.com. (You know, they "nationwide" service.) I have cash, but out of state. They MAKE you come in person to do the paperwork!! They will not work with you any other way, this way or the highway. With all the recent closures, one would think they would be happy to make a sale. Quick Sale at that. NOPE! Don't care. "It's your choice"........Great Customer Service.................Not. Unbelievable. (I wonder if Ownership knows this...)

Rude sales people and manager

I contacted Day Chevrolet about a vehicle. I submitted an application and information on my car I may of traded in. David Loreski a sales associate and manager Michael Lee had no problem calling me and emaiiing me to get all my information. After I submitted everything I never heard anything back from either of them. Maybe me and my wife don’t meet Day Chevrolet’s standards. Either way very unprofessional and ignorant for not reaching out with a phone call or an email

CJ & Max were great to deal with

CJ was able able to answer all my questions and arrange a meeting for the sale by phone since I live about 100 miles away. Final details were agreed on and paperwork handled in a very courteous and professional manner with no delays or "surprises". Max Brown also completed his portion of the transaction in the same professional, friendly manner. Both were very pleasant to do business with. I later discovered CJ was there on his day off to handle the sale. This was not a high dollar, new vehicle, just a mid level used truck. Thank you, again to CJ & Max

Con artist

Salesman Jerry took good care of me, but sales manager Sam lied to me on agreed to price and charged me full price for car. When I returned new sales manager told me there's nothing that can be done to fix this!?!! From that point on I have been giving the run around!!!! DO NOT GET A VEHICLE FROM THESE GUYS. (DAY CHEVROLET) IN MONROEVILLE WILL SCAM YOU EVERY DAY!!!!

Typical dealership

For starters, I hate buying cars because I don’t trust dealerships at all. And I don’t feel Day Chevrolet is any different. Tyler, our salesperson was very friendly and personable! I did request, several times, a copy of the maintenance report showing what work Day did with the car after receiving the car I purchased. So far I haven’t gotten it. I don’t blame Tyler for that. I blame his supervisor. I suspect it shows something they don’t want me to see.
