Inspection went well. Asked service department to order mud flaps for my Malibu. I was told they would be in stock in a few days. That was over a week ago. Have not got a call . Also had service department take pictures of my front seats. Leather is uneven on both seats. No call for that either.

Had an oil change and tire rotation but forgot to tell me which tire went where. Also forgot to previously reimburse me for installing a key fob battery that didn?t work and actually should have let me know the key fob needed to be replaced. Everything else was fine.

Fast service
Had a great experience here. Needed some front end body work done. Said it would take about a week. Dropped it off on Friday for a Monday appt. Tuesday afternoon I get a call that my truck was done! Customer service was great. Very friendly. Will definitely be back for other services.

STAY AWAY FROM BOWSER!! Terrible service. Bought 5 cars from this site since 1985 including 3 brand new. Will never purchase from them again. Had my vehicle towed there and almost 3 weeks later they still have vehicle. Ive been lied to every step of the way. I am contacting GM and filing a complaint against them Sadly they dont care about customer loyalty

Service department is top-notch. Brought my truck in from out of town after breaking down on a road trip and the communication was superb. Fixed another dealer's mistake and I was able to make my trek 300 miles home without worry.
