Took my 2018 Silverado in for oil change, tire rotation and transfer case fluid change. Qualify service at a reasonable price.

Bowser Chevrolet should conduct Customer First training for their service personnel and make sure service schedulers know what services are provided by the dealerships.

Had some concern regarding the rating of both warranty

Had some concern regarding the rating of both warranty companies recommended by Bowser to an existing new car purchasing customer. Both were not rated and had very poor star ratings as well and also did not have a BBB rating. However situation was satisforicaly resolved by the finance manager.

Always a pleasure to visit the service. Very well experienced. Always treated like family. I've been to other dealers they don't compare to Bowers. I will not spend my money any where else when it comes to my car.

Thank you Kim for checking my check engine light found issue and ordered the part it was there next day and on by Steve W in no time . always happy with quick service and very professional. Kim was great she found out it was covered by my extended warranty and saved me 700$ thank you for going above and beyond
