Nice people.

Nice people. Great service department. Probably the nicest service department I've ever been to. Well organized process. My service rep, Somer, was very personable and knowledgeable about the services as well as the car.

I had my GLE350 serviced at Asheville Mercedes-Benz. Nate, my service advisor was great. He was very professional, and my service was completed very quickly. I have known Nate for several years and he is a great service advisor. I would recommend this dealership.

I was trying to purchase a used car from this dealer, and everyone that I dealt with was very professional & they had great customer service. I decided not to purchase the car, and they just let me know if I needed any help in the future, they would be glad to help me. It was a very good experience.

I had an appointment today to have the airbags recalled

I had an appointment today to have the airbags recalled got there they were they met me at the door wanted to know if they could help me so Nate what the agent that help me they took care of it. It was done quickly and they even washed my car that wasn’t expected, but highly appreciated. I’m very pleased.
