My fiance and I went to this dealership because we heard such good things along with high ratings about it. When we entered the building we were greeted by Michael Bauman. He made us feel so comfortable. He was very honest didn't try to just sell us a car, he listened to our needs and went above and beyond to get us a car. His own words, " I will get you in the car that you guys want" And with that said, he did. We are very happy customers, we highly recommend him. He is not your typical car sales person, he didn't try to wine and dine us to make us think we were getting something we weren't no suprises with him! We defiantly will be back to purchase another car from him in years to come!!!! Thank you Kenny Ross and thank you Michael Bauman!!!

Christy and the managers worked with me to purchase the used vehicle that I wanted/needed. They negotiated with my trade-in vehicle. They seemed to be fair and accommodating. I did not feel pressured to make the purchase (although ultimately I did purchase the vehicle before leaving the dealership).

I had a great experience at the dealership. The salesman Mike Bauman was very helpful and I even got to meet the president of the company. ALthough my husband and I have owned Nissans before, this was our first time at the Kenny Ross Nissan or any Kenny Ross dealership. Mike Bauman and his team (manager, service person, etc.) made us feel like our business mattered to them and Mike continues to follow-up with me to make sure I'm a satisfied customer. They worked hard to get me a fair sales price, as well as a fair price with my trade-in. I am very, very satisifed with my new car so far, but am also very happy with the way I was treated and continue to be treated, from this Kenny Ross dealership.

I previously had a bad experience with this car...

I previously had a bad experience with this car dealership, but when dealing with Darlene she gave me a whole new aspect on Kenny Ross. Darlene went out of her way to help me with my questions and took time out of her day to help me with my questions and help resolve my issue.She was upbeat, patient, and extremely helpful. I wish there were more individuals like here in this world! I cannot commend her more on her service and she should be commended for her friendly knowledge and customer service! Had a pleasant visit with Salesman Paul and drove a new...

Had a pleasant visit with Salesman Paul and drove a new Nissan Rogue. He answered all our questions. Two days later, we quickly came to an agreement on price. The negotiation process, normally the most unenjoyable part of any car buying experience, was easy, straightforward and not drawn out. We appreciated that. We picked up the car last night and Paul went through all the details of the car before we drove it off the lot. All in all, one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences we've had (and we've had a few: this is our 7th new Nissan). Thank you Kenny Ross Nissan.
