Paul was a great sales associate to work with, he was not pushy to make a sale. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking for and was able to answer all questions. Paul's knowledge, availability and customer service were exceptional.

Brad and his trainee was very friendly, knowledgable, sincere, not pushy, and spent alot of time with us. The dealership was new, clean, free drinks.

I have dealt with the Kenny Ross dealerships before,and have always found it to be a good experience. This time I had the pleasure of dealing with Christy Engle and can honestly say that in 35 years of buying new cars this was the easiest and best.

This was our first new car buying experience and I'm thrilled to say it was perfect. Christy walked us through everything. She was very informative and she wasn't overly pushy which was one thing I was afraid of. Once we'd decided on a car she walked us through the process. Will helped us through the financial aspect and he was quite helpful. We'd had some credit issues in the past but Will gave us lots of options until we found the right one. Everyone we met was so friendly but I'm especially grateful for Will and Christy, they were simply amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Paul Engle was very friendly and very helpful. My husband and I felt he got us a very good deal on my new car as well as a good trade in price on our old car. We bought an Xterra from Kenny Ross last year and we was treated very well then too. Yes I would recommend family and friends to buy from Kenny Ross In Zelienople. Also, on another positive note, I was referred to your dealership by the ‘Costco Auto Program’ that I have seen advertised inside the Costco Cranberry Twp. Store. I really liked how this program worked and working with Christy was a great experience for me in buying my first truck without all of the ‘Sales Pressure Hype’ that a lot of people always talk about when they have bought their first vehicle. Again, Christy was very courteous and understanding about my purchasing choices and questions I had between the Nissan Frontier and the Chevrolet Silverado. Also, I want to extend my appreciation to Wally, the Chevrolet Sales Manager who was very courteous in explaining the ‘Costco Auto Program’ to me and working with me on my first truck purchase. Again, I want to extend my ‘Thanks’ to Christy and Wally. I definitely would recommend Kenny Ross North to other interested truck buyers.

Had a great experience here. The 3 staff members that I worked with were amazing and did all that they could to get me what I wanted. Very cool and friendly and prompt. We have dealt with many car dealers over the years, but Christy couldn't have been more helpful with our selection of our new Murano. When we were still in the search for a new car, she was very prompt in getting back to me on my e-mails, even though she didn't know at the time that I would even buy a Nissan auto. She was the type of salesperson that you want to deal with too! We could see that she was a happy employee just by the way she greeted you with a smile & was willing to answer all our many questions. She took us to the service center & also introduced us to the mechanics that would be servicing our car. It didn't stop there, Christy also went out to our new car, before we took it home & made sure we could work all the bells & whistles, and believe me, there were alot of them. I don't think you could ask for a better salesperson than Christy. Seems to me she probably always goes above & beyond her call of duty. Thank you Christy & thank you Nissan!
