Paul was so easy to work with through the entire process. I never felt pressured to purchase. He carefully explained all of the pros and cons of leasing and of buying a new vehicle. He and the financing team made the process so quick and painless! I will absolutely go to Kenny Ross for my next vehicle purchase! And I highly recommend Paul because of his vast experience and great customer service. Everyone in the Sales room was very kind.

Christy worked with us most of the time. She was very friendly and informative, also catered to our needs. She kept in touch with us, and was patient while we were deciding. She knew what she was talking about and if we asked a question she didn't know she promtly found the answer for us. Also after we signed all of the paper work she stayed with us and helped us with the service department. The car was supposed to get new tires and we were told they would be done later in the week, Christy and the service department got it done that day and we were very appreciative of that since we live further away. Jason handled the paper work with us, he explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. He was also very friendly and everything was done in a timely manner. He informed us on all of our options and service opportunities. My experience at Kenny Ross was great and would definately do business there again.

We actually were not expecting to buy a new vehicle. We took my Nissan Altima in for service and walked around the show room. We saw the Murano and fell in love with it. I went to Wright Nissan in Wexford before coming to Kenny Ross Nissan, and I was very glad I did. Brad was very friendly and knowledgable, and also very willing to work with me to get a payment that I could afford. They also introduced me to the head mechanic and showed me around the garage. I would definetly recommend this dealership to family and friends.

My salesperson definitely went out of her way to help me with my purchase and made the transition extremely smooth. I feel confident that she would help me in the future and be a great person to refer my friends and family to . I spent a little more than I wanted to and believe I could've gotten a better deal, but to me that doesn't reflect on my salesperson. I feel that if I do have any issues in the future, that Christy will be willing to do what it takes to help.

We visited the local Nissan dealership to review our options in anticipation of turning in a leased 2008 Nissan Altima. The Altima was leased at Maguire's Ford in Lebanon, PA; our prior home location. Since moving to Western PA, our Nissans were serviced at Kenny Ross Nissan. We were pleased by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Brock was extremely helpful and accomodating during our search for a new Nissan lease. We will be returning to Kenny Ross Nissan in the next few months to turn in my husband's 2008 Nissan Rogue on a new 'Kenny Ross' vehicle. By far, the best new car buying experience!

This was the first car purchase I had made on my own, and everyone there made it very easy. I went in expecting just to test drive the car, and maybe try for a financing application, and ended up driving my new car out of there that night! Paul, the salesman, was very courteous and extremely helpful. There was a lot of details regarding legal and paperwork information that I didn't know that he helped me with. I'd definitely recommend this dealership and their staff to anyone looking for a new or used car...plus the price was great for the vehicle that I got!
