Went there with my dad to check out prices. I thought we agreed on a price at this location and told them we would get back to them in less than a week. We visited three other Nissan dealers and ended up coming back to this one two days later (negotiated prices were about the same but this was a closer location). So we get there and they remember us and everything is fine. We sit down at the table to talk about signing for the new car and I leave to go to the bathroom. When I came back they were telling me I had to pay an addition ~$200 for some xxxxxxxx reason. This enraged me and I went to leave and then they told me I could have the price I thought we agreed on but they changed the color of my car. Overall a very negative experience. Before they switched the price on me everything was fine. I do not recommend this place if you have a short temper.

When shopping for my new Nissan several months ago, I visited Kenny Ross and had a very good experiences with the sales people. Several of them were so friendly and they were very helpful in my car buying. I was impressed by the courtesy and respect from the sales of this dealership. This was the main reason that I wanted to do business with Kenny Ross for all my future service needs on my new vehicle. Recently I brought my Nissan to their service department for fixing of a small issue. I did not realize that I could be out of luck all of a sudden. The service man Mark was not helpful at all. The minute I walked into the garage standing sideline, he was the only person there but there was no greeting or something like "I will be right over with you". Finally he got off the phone and started looking into the issue. He became impatient when taking a walk outside the garage to inspect the car. He was so eager to toss me off in order to get back to his seat in the garage. His impatient attitude became somewhat subdued only when I mentioned I would like to have my car serviced at this dealership because of my previous good experiences and several of the nice sales agent. It was a great disappointment this time overall. It was really surprise for me to see how much difference between the sales and service at the same dealership. The gentleman is clearly lack of willingness to address the customer problem. I may have to think again if I should come back when the next time I need to service my car, or looking to buy a new vehicle, or recommending them to any of my friends who may need a new car.

My husband and I have purchased/leased several cars from Kenny Ross over the years and we have never been disappointed. They always give us a fair deal and great service. Three years ago we switched to Nissan and the great service has continued. Mike Baumann did an exeptional job of working with us to get us where we needed to be in our recent leasing of a new 2012 Rogue. It's a pleasure dealing with such knowledgable,friendly sales people. A very positive experience all around!!

We appreciated his no pressure style and ended up purchasing a used Nissan with no hassle. When it's time to purchase a new truck in a couple years, we will definately seek Rob out to deal with him again.

I was looking for a "hard to find" 2012 Nissan...

I was looking for a "hard to find" 2012 Nissan Frontiercrew cab with the sport appearance package. I first reached out to Kenny Ross Nissan via the internet and within an hour Christy Engle responded. Though out the whole experience, Christy kept me well informed and found the exact truck I wanted a few days later half way across the state. She even drove out to pick it up which took most of her day. The price was great and hassle free. My wife liked Kenny Ross due to their service dept., which she takes her 2006 Pathfinder in for service.Fair and upfront, no B.S.. Also was suprised of the lifetime powertrain warranty thru the dealership. They were the only nissan dealership that I had spoken to that did'nt claim that "they are the largest nissan dealership in the tri-state are and can do what noone else can." I had heard that from four dealerships in the pittsburgh area! Very happy with the experience and love my new truck.

It was 10 yrs. since my husband (now deceased)and I bought a new car. I was very apprehensive knowing I had to do this on my own. Rob Clay was highly recommended, so I met with him and immediately felt comfortable and knew that he would work with me as far as finances and decision making. Nissan is very customer service oriented, salespersons are very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my second lease with Nissan and I am very satisfied with the speed and efficiency of the service department as well.
