Matt DeBlassio is great!

My Wife and I are going to purchase a 2016 Nissan Rogue so we were going to go from dealer to dealer to see which would give us the best deal. We were very up front with each salesperson telling each that we were just wanted to see which dealer had the best deal and wasnt planning on buying that day. Beaver Valley Nissan was the worst.Only discount they would give was they would subtract destination charge.Also was VERY pushy!I told them I wasnt buying today when I first walked in but kept asking what they could do to have me buy from them right now.He gave us attitude when I asked what their best deal was.Didnt like I was going to check the deals at other dealerships. Rating..F Next place was Kenny Ross Nissan in Cranberry.Sat down with Matt DeBlassio to discuss the deal he was offering.Very friendly salesman.He asked if we needed anything to drink(he was the only one to ask)We told Matt we were out shopping for deals.He had no problem for us getting quotes from other dealerships.Actually he encouraged us to do so saying he would beat any deal we had in writing from the other places.Matt is a great salesperson!Not once did he try to get us to sign a deal right then.The exact opposite of Beaver Valley Nissan.There was a slight mixup about the price of my trade in,Matt and his boss handled it great,made sure everything was made better.We got quotes from two more dealers and Kenny Ross beat them both AND offered lifetime powertrain warranty.Really felt we made a great deal with them.Our next new car will be from them. Rating..A+ After Kenny Ross was Wright Nissan in Wexford.Kinda gave some attitude was we asked for his numbers for the best deal.Their was offer wasnt bad but no where near Kenny Ross. Rating..C Last place was West Hills Nissan.Salesperson was very friendly,not pushy.Had a really good offer but still couldnt beat Kenny Ross because of their lifetime powertrain warranty.If we didnt buy from Kenny Ross this would have been the place we would have gone. Rating..B+

Great Dealership! Best Salesman - John Abel

I had the best sales experience with John Abel. I have never had a more caring and honest salesman then him. He took the time to answer all questions and go through everything thoroughly. My experience was great from the moment I called to discuss a new vehicle. I would recommend anyone to this dealership and hope they have the same experience I did. Highly Satisfied - Freddie Raiburn is great!

I am very satisfied with our experience at Kenny Ross. Freddie Raiburn was great to work with, very helpful, and did everything he could to make sure he was able to get us the very best deal. We arrived near closing time on a Friday night- and Freddie still took his time to discuss the all the features of the car as well as the additional perks that come along with purchasing a car from Kenny Ross. At no point did we ever feel pressured by Freddie or the Kenny Ross team. I will definitely recommend Freddie to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Extremely happy and satisfied !!!!

I just bought my first car from Kenny Ross Nissan. Josh was my salesman, and I could not be happier with the experience and my new car !!! Highly satisfied!

We just leased our third Altima and were happy as usual with our experience. Our sales consultant, Freddie Raiman, was genuinely nice, very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. In fact, everyone there was very friendly, including the financial lady, and there was NO pressure ever! In addition, we were able to find the car we wanted in their large inventory, received a great deal, and drove away in it within a reasonable amount of time. We couldn't be any more satisfied and will definitely return for our fourth Altima!

Freddie Raiburn, Salesman Extraordinaire

It was by far a top notch experience from beginning to end. I am completely satisfied with Freddie Raiburn. He did everything he could to make sure that I was satisfied with all facets of the car buying process. I was well informed and he went far beyond my expectations in answering any question and providing information I would not have thought to ask about. I was very pleased because never at any point did I feel pressured to buy. I had a pre-approved loan through my credit union with an awesome rate, which I did not think could be met or beat. He took me to the finance department to see if they could find a rate that could be lower and I am ecstatic to say they were able to accomplish that task. I will recommend Freddie Raiburn for purchasing a car without hesitation. His ultimate goal along with the rest of the staff is for you to have complete satisfaction and for me that was meet 100%.

Honesty and Integrity are a possibility in the car business!

My wife and I walked into Kenny Ross Nissan thinking we knew what we were looking for. We were fortunate enough to meet a young man named Matt DeBlassio who answered questions and actually LISTENED to us before speaking! He wasn't afraid to admit the answers he didn't know but with the help of a co-worker and the sales manager (who were also great to deal with), all of our questions were answered. Long story short, we were able to find a new vehicle that met our needs and fit into our budget. We not only drove away in a fantastic new Nissan, we now have a few new friends as well. I'll tell everyone who will listen. There is such a thing as an "honest car salesman" with integrity - his name is Matt and he works for Kenny Ross Nissan in Zelienople, PA!!!!

frontier

I have been buying cars for over 45 years and when I walked in the Kenny Ross Nissan in Zelienople I was treated like family. Kevin and Freddie went out of there way to find the Frortier that I wanted. I am very happy that I purchased a new Frontier from Kenny Ross and would buy from them again.

Wrong truck bed size

It was discussed that I needed a short bed truck to make sure that I had room in my garage to fit the new truck between my wife, myself and the salesman . When the salesman went down to the lot and pulled out a truck to test drive. I assumed that the bed was the correct size bed that we had spoken about. After test driving the truck that we did , we liked that truck and the options on that truck so, we worked up a deal. I never checked the window sticker for the bed size since I assumed that the salesman would have pulled out the correct one for me to test drive. When I took the truck home Monday the next week late in the day , I did not try to park it in the garage until late that night. The truck was a long bed not a short and it barley fits in my garage. I called the salesman the next morning and again 4 hours later since I had not received a return call. After the third call to the salesman , he spoke to his manager and they where going to change the truck out with a short bed. Sounded like that was going to make it right? Well , there was a big catch to that offer. I had running tubes and the environmental package put on the truck I thought was correct. They wanted me to lose the almost 1300 dollars to change out the truck and would not even consider taking the running tubes off the wrong truck and adding them to the right one or put the environmental package on the correct truck without me paying for it again. To me and my wife the offer to change trucks was not really ligament offer ,just a way for me not to give them a bad survey and keep the longer bed truck. Until this wrong bed issue the deal to purchase the truck was not bad or pressuring but just very long process. The salesman has called me and apologized for the miscommunication about the bed but, it still does not give me the room in my garage that I was hoping to have to work around the truck.
